Plants are securely wrapped in a protective cardboard sleeve then placed in properly sized box to minimize movement and shield delicate leaves during shipping.

Plants are topped with soft padding, adding a layer of protection and preventing any shifting in transit.

When should I repot my plant?
We recommend waiting at least 2 weeks after your plant arrives before repotting. This gives it time to acclimate to its new environment. After that, most plants are happy in their pots for 6–12 months—but if you see roots peeking out or it’s looking crowded, it’s time for an upgrade!
